ROBBIRTHDAY

Robb says this was the first birthday in his life that he actually was awakened by the Birthday Parade. (I don't think he was fakin'). He got a lot of nice things, shirts and shorts and stuff, but we know what you are all interested in --- what new PEZ did he get?


There is an old, odd kind of PEZ called PEZ PETZ. They are a bubble gum dispenser. There are 4 series with 4 in each series. The Cornwall PEZ museum now displays all of them.
Robb got some reproductions of the original PEZ dispensers, before they became popular by adding characters heads. They look a little like a lighter and they dispensed peppermint candy - Peppermintz in German, which was shortened to Pez. Also was added a very old DUMBO and an interesting HE'S GOT THE WHOLE WORLD IN HIS HANDS PEZ.
A rare Crystal Hello Kitty set. Mom thinks these are the cutest in the collection now.

To our Giant (12") collection was added this famous couple. They play the Muppets theme song when their head is tilted back.
These are a boy and girl astronaut series from Germany called BUNDERSTRAT. Given out with a kids safety program.
Our BARKY BROWN series got a friend in this special Australian issue which was a promotion to raise money for an animal shelter.

And finally, just two days before Robbs big day Dad found the new ICE AGEII series at the Glendora WalMart.

We are so glad Robb came down to California for his birthday. (It was cheaper to fly him and Marybeth down than ship all the new PEZ - Ah Ha!) It was great to see him and MB. We did a lot of fun stuff (which Mom will soon Blog).
