Y'all call me, Y'all call me!!!
I had a wonderful experience yesterday shortly after we got home from Arizona. Dad went to work to try to catch up in that world. I tried to get things organized at home. The phone rang and the person on the end asked to speak to Sister Cornwall in the most lovely Southern accent I have ever heard. She said that her name was Amy Darley from Ozark, Alabama. The sound of the word Ozark filled me with joy. She said that that darlin' Elder Cornwall had just been there - gobbled up two grilled burgers and when he was walking out the door (with money she had given him and Elder Moseley for ice cream) she felt impressed to ask him for his home phone number so that she could call his mother. The Darley's son is serving in Ogden Utah and it was his birthday yesterday. He has only been out a few months, this is their first missionary and Sister Darley said that she was missing him something fierce - that she had been crying most of the day and thought calling me my help the hurt. She went on and on about how wonderful Jeffrey is - I didn't have any doubt about that - but it is so great to hear it from someone in their mission. She said that she feels good about having the missionaries over for dinner and hopes and prays that someone will reciprocate with her son in Ogden. Dad and I have felt that way about having the missionaries here for dinner and feel like the Darleys are answers to our prayers. I had a huge smile on my face the rest of the day thinking about the Darleys loving Elder Cornwall and about that cute Elder Cornwall hanging out enjoying Southern Hospitality.

That sounds like it was really fun!! It was probably good to relate with another parent as well that is going through the same experience, except for that fact that you already have a lot of that, experience that is. Sounds like Jeff is doing good.
