Lunches for the Homeless

Sister Terrill is such a great resource for pictures these days. I thought this one was great, not only because it is of our great youth, especially Robb, Jeffrey, Katie and Dad, but Heidi Cheng. Katie must have invited her to that activity. How the years have slipped by us.

  1. Just glancing at the faces of the individuals in this picture, one can tell how dated it is. But, if you are really keen, you will notice (and this observation made me laugh out loud) I beleive that dad wore that shirt last week!! Way to go daddy-o!

  2. Who thinks dad needs a whole new generation of shirts - you do know that Father's day is but a few short weeks away - shall we do it family - retire a few shirts. Dad was wearing a doozie on Saturday. The neck was so stretched out you couldn't even tell it was a turtleneck. When I mentioned that I was hoping that this was the last time he was going to wear it - he taped up the back of the neck with blue tape - (no concealing effort at all) and said it was as good as new.

  3. I don't need no new shirts. Maureen is only a few weeks away from bringing over another bag.

  5. I don't know, I dare say that the "turtleneck?" was classic!! It was the royal blue and yellow striped one, so really, the blue tape fit right in. I actually wore one of dad's shirts today and everybody loved it!
