The TIME of our lives!!!

For Halloween, Lindsy and I had heavy time!

Lindsy as Jennifer Parker

Jeff as Marty Mcfly

Where the heck are we?
The Appropriate question is WHEN the heck are we?

Marty and Jennifer, so hot!

It was way fun to keep the tradition of group costumes. Lindsy was a sport to do it!!

Presenting Princess Paisley

We are about to leave to go Trick or treating with some friends and we thought we would should off how beautiful a princess Paisley makes. Jason makes a pretty cute Harry Potter. He came in second at his work costume contest!
Beautiful Girls!!!
Sarah went as a beautiful Fairy!!
Rachel made her look gorgeous - look at the detail on that makeup!!

Rachel reprised her role as Cruela De Vil!!! What a beauty
Happy Halloween!!!

We had a fun Family Home Evening Carving Pumpkins!!! Here is Dad's below - I forgot it and now can't make it go to the bottom with the others.

Rachel's beauty
Sarah - so clever and precise

All ready to scare some folks tonight!!
Mom was in charge of the food. I roasted up some pumpkin seeds - they were very good - great new recipe.

And the ever favorite dessert - Ghosts in the Graveyard - OOOOOO so good.

Paisley's Birthday

Paisley's New Room

We finally finished Paisley's room. It was so great to have my Dad here to paint and cut the chair rail and put it up! He even painted her bookcase white so it would match. Paisley didn't even recognize her room after we had moved all her furniture back in. Dad was also nice enough to repaint the green with me after I went and got a new shade that I like a lot better!! We love Paisley's new room!

It is that time of Year
We invited some friends over to our apartment to carve pumpkins. We won't put their names on just in case they object. But they did a great job, I like the pirate.
It is our downstairs neighbors, we have tried so hard to do things with them and they never work out but finally it happened, and they brought sun chips and pumkin pie.
Then last but not least is ours. We bought a kit and it came with 5 stencils, so this is the best pumpkin that I have ever carved. Marybeth decided to carve a little decoration pumpkin that we had. It is harder than a big one but she did a great job.
Just incase you didn't get a good look from the picture above, here is an up close shot. I was really surprised that it turned out so well.
Here they are all lined up, we had a really fun time, it was nice to have some people over to our place. Hopefuly we can do it again really soon. How about for Halloween

Birthday Beginnings for Paisley

Some of us went a little crazy buying Paisley birthday presents so we decided to spread them out a little. Last night we gave Paisley an early birthday present. She loves her new keyboard. It plays a lot of songs and has a lot of fun sounds. She is also a very good dancer. It was a lot of fun to watch her change the music and dance according to the beat.
Here is our big two year old this morning! She is so cute! She loves to take pictures and pose for the camera. Happy Birthday Paisley!!

More Activities with the Whelchel's

We've had some more fun this past weeek. These pictures aren't in order. Yesterday we made the Cornwall's recipe for carmel corn to eat. It was very yummy. It seemed like the perfect Halloween treat. We also made carmel candy bars to take to some of the people that have been lending us the tools we have needed to get all our projects done.
Last week we went to a pumpkin patch to pick out the perfect pumpkin for us. Paisley had a lot of fun. We haven't carved it yet, hopefully we can carve it before Halloween!

Last week's mutual activity was going to a corn maze so we all went along. We had a lot of fun and finished in second place! Go us!!

Dad and I have painted half of Paisley's room and Dad and Jason worked on putting up the chair rail. Today we plan to finish her room so she can start sleeping there instead of in the basement. That green color on top is a lot brighter than I had wanted, but oh well. It'll be cute!

Happy Birthday Paisley!

Happy 2nd Birthday Paisley! Uncle Robbie and Aunt Marybeth Love you! You are so fun and so cute! We can't believe how big you are! We wish you were here and miss you lots. Have a very fun Day!

Blast From the Past

I would like to direct everyone's attention to a post made on October 31st of last year by my very funny husband. As you see, Robb was unfortunate to have burned his pumpkin bread he made last year. But this year, having a wife and all, he was able to "get" Katie and Dallin "next year" as was promised in his post. You may desire to look below last years post as well and see what the 336 Cornwalls were last halloween, Rachel, can I borrow that cow suit?
