Ode to Evergreen!

While we driving back to the church after the cemetary Clark drove us to see Rick and Heather's cute new house. As we were coming around the corner - what do I see - Dad's Alma Mater - Evergreen Junior High School. I think this was the place of some of dad's greatest memories. I told Clark to stop and let me take a picture. (I think this was one of the times he said - ARE YOU GOING TO PUT THIS ON THE BLOG?). I remember dad talking about Evergreen so much and I really have never seen it. Must be a great Junior High if they are putting on Guys and Dolls. Does it look the same dad????

  2. Evergreen holds for me the fondest memories of my school years. I was only in high school 6 months when Grandpa C. announced the move to California. High school in La Canada, and without my friends with whom I had grown up, was tough. Yes, good thoughts about Jr. High will be "evergreen" in my heart.
