I am hoping that Dad had a good birthday - considering we spread it out over three big days of celebration. It started on Sunday - his actual birthday. Grandma made us a fabulous dinner (One in which Rachel stated that she could die happy after that meal). Then we had German Chocolate Cake. We had cake Sunday afternoon, Sunday night and finished it off late Monday night. Monday night there was a huge party at Aunt Terri's. She truly knocked herself out to provide a bash for our 5 Birthdays - Amy, Breanne, Kent, Grandma and Brendan. It was a Mardi Gras theme (future post). The darling poster and muffins were on the back porch when we got home from the Monrovia Seminary students - they do love their Bishop. Later that night the girls and I capped off the birthday celebration with dinner and presents. We love you dad - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
What a big birthday. Thanks, thanks, thanks to one and all who were part of it, including very thoughtful and appreciated calls from Jason and Robbie.
