Walking in a Winter Wonderland

This morning I woke up to a beautiful white winterland. When I went to bed the ground was white and this morning there was about four inches. It sure is beautiful. I love the view from my window with this goreous tree. For those of you in California I am sorry you are missing out. The worst part was when I was walking to class I was walking on the sidewalk and this car came racing down the street and YES got my whole right side wet with dirty clumps of snow from the road. I was wet for the next hour. Besides that I have enjoyed walking in it.

  1. Are these pictures from INSIDE???? It looks like you are enjoying the sights from the comforts of your apartment. Sorry about getting dirty and wet. I'm hoping that dad will take advantage of the girls having snow boots and take a trip to UTAH!!!!

  3. Well we can't say we miss the snow yet, so we're glad you are enjoying it, and your new digital camera.

  4. Well I enjoyed the snow so much I decided to shovel it for a while. Believe me I wouldn't mind if it never snows again

Did you get the early call this morning for work? Are you going to get it for tomorrow? You are a good man. I do think our kids have been in Provo in the least snowy years in history. I don't know if it is true or not - but the four years I was there it seemed to snow from October to April. Hang in there - it will melt.

  6. Back when I went to school in Utah we used to have to walk to school in snow tunnels it was sooooo deep. Every year they lost a few freshman that they didn't find 'til spring semester when it thawed.

  7. Katie, Kate, Great photos. I guess you got things set up on your computer with your camera. I was thinking that your MP3 cord may be the same connector as the Cannon. Perhaps you can try it. Have you tried anything else or just used your roommates card reader?

  8. Dad,
I have been using Caitlin's card reader thing. It has worked well but I really would like to use my own stuff. The USB card should work but I am afraid I will break it. I need to look more into it. I will also check my MP3 cord. Thanks again for the camera. I would feel really left out on the blog if I didn't have it.
