A fun night was had this Friday night. It was filled with arcades that cost only a nickel as well as college basketball teams that over came the impossible. We went to the nickelkade and had a grand old time playing skeeball, virtual boat driving and of course DDR. I would like to say that Marybeth and I were the best ones there but that would be far from the truth. There was a young man there who looked like he could get "most shy or quiet" in his senior class. Yet when it came to DDR he was far from shy and quiet he drew crowds of people watching those little legs move like lightening. I heard someone from the peanut gallery say "someone call the fire department because he is on fire." You have no idea, this guy was insane. Marybeth and I did happen to draw a crowd, but then we realized they were just in line. We had a great time and we got our moneys worth. After that we saw what might be one of my favorite movies. It is made by good ole Jerry B. and it has the same feel as Remember the Titans which he also was involved with. I highly recommend it. It is very fun and tugs at the heart. Disney does it again with good clean movies. We had a good time!!!! P.S. mom if you want to change your display name you can it is really easy click on your name and then edit. That is enough ROBBLOG for now!!!!

Robbie is definately winning!!! (Marybeth actually won!!)

Nothing like a good game of skeeball

Oh shoot!!! I hope I don't take up too much blog space.
Have a good time
ReplyDeleteIt looks like the little girls bored status (previous blog) is right on compared to the collegiate fun. Last night at the Monrovia home base Rachel had dress rehersal at Keely's for her Saturday recital. Sarah - had the big fun with leaving a Sunday School class party early to go hang with the Owens at thier house, then cruise the mall and then see a movie with Jessica. Mom and Dad had "big" plans but needed to keep close to home base to act as shuttle service for those out having FUN.
