Nishat Khan Concert

Jeff and I were fortunate to hear one of the greatest sitarist in the world come play right here at BYU! He's from northern India and played two hour-long ragas for the concert. He was accompanied by an amazing tabla player (small drums) and explained some of the intricacies of Indian music. A friend explained the experience like this, I'll probably never get to hear any other individual who's as much advanced at his instrument as this man. Plus, I got to meet him afterwards!
