I remember Dad always making the school house. I remember Jeff''s school house. Mom took all the kids pictures in front of the ivy and we always teased Jeff about Whitney. (I think that was her name.)

What a great joy school house. I don't know if I wish you were closer so I could make another little red school house... or if I am glad you are away so that I can see the great creation made by someone else. That's pretty fun.
ReplyDeleteI always remember assembling the joy school materials. It always got me so excited for the year - new joy school house, new markers, crayons, glue sticks. I did love joy school so much - not just the curriculum, but the opportunity to be so involved in their school those first few years. One thing I did was to take the pictures our of the house at the end of the year - I think I still have a picture of Whitney Wonderli if I wanted to find it!!!
