The Halloween vampires left Sarah and Dad with enough red body fluid to donate a few pints at the MHS blood drive this morning.
It was worth the yummy treats afterward (almost?)P.S. If Sarah looks a little pale, it's not the cell phone quality photo - she IS.
(It was probably good Dad was there for the 30 seconds of blackout.)
Uh Oh Sarah!!! Did you black out? You are so brave. The second time I gave blood I could tell I was about to black out and they stopped everything in the nick of time. How fun to do it with Dad!!!

ReplyDeleteI was just thinking I should give blood, but then I remembered how I HATE needles. Way to go Sarah! Your a real trooper and a great citizen. Can't wait for my car wash on Saturday!
ReplyDeleteRachel i felt perfectly fine and i was completely conscious i just couldn't see. I am appalled that you think i would wimp out. I didn't faint. So for the record it was great and way better than the last time.
