'Pinkie' and 'Blue Boy' are two of the Huntington's most famous paintings. (Great) Grandma Cornwall loved them. It was nice to see them and be there to think of Grandma within a few days of the anniversary of her passing (Nov. 26) in 2002.

  1. i confess i haven't seen much of thomas lawrence around these parts, considering he's not french, nor do i think that he worked extensively in france, but i like having pieces with such rich history and such relevance to each of us. i think that's why art exists - to make connections, to uplift . . . you know.
