Week of Thanks and COUGAR BLUE
Marybeth and I sat down on Monday and did our thankful turkey hands as we have done the past few years. It is a good tradition. It gives us a chance to reflect and write down some of the things that we are thankful for. Marybeth's turkeys and their environment is always top notch.
There is only one problem with doing this annual tradition. It always falls on the week of the big game. My BYU pride is always overflowing and I just can't seem to get away from it, and it always shows in my turkey hands. Last year we did it after the last game before the bowl game and lets just say it was not BYU themed then. I even included the BYU wrist ban that I have been wearing since Sunday afternoon.
I wanted to encourage/remind everyone that this is the week of, as they say in village "THE BAD COLOR." I am preaching to the choir, at least I hope so, This is the week of weeks where "The BAD color." Is not to be worn. Blue should be worn every second of everyday, but for some reason if that can not be done, just make sure it is not the color that should not be mentioned. I wanted to post that since the end of the game against Air force I have been wearing Cougar blue.

I feel a little silly, not too silly of posting pictures of just me in my Blue so I decided to try and incorporate other interesting things of note. We wanted to show off our washer and dryer that we bought a few weeks ago. Marybeth found them on craigslist and they have been perfect. The price was great and they are only a few years old.

Feel free one and all to post you in your BLUE this week.
