Cita Caliente!

Friday during school I called Robbie and asked him if we could go on a hot date that night. He responded like it was no big deal and said that we could probably figure something out. Secretly I wanted him to plan a nice romantic evening but I realized it would be fun to plan it together as well. So that evening we went to Cafe Rio and got some delicious salads. It was still pretty early and I asked what we would do next. We threw around a few ideas, going to see Twilight (that was mine), renting a movie etc.

He parked in front of the duck pond and pulled out some bread. We went in the dark cold night to feed the ducks. They were very happy to have something to distract them from the cold. Then Robbie said since we were already there we should walk up to campus and check the computers for Twilight times. So we walked up all those stairs. (During this whole time I was thinking...that was sweet to think of a fun activity..feeding the ducks.)

We got to the top of the stairs, went to the JSB and sat at the computers. A line was forming outside the auditorium. Robbie asked me what I thought was going on. I had no idea. I found a movie time that I felt worked well and I told him, he said "Lets get in line." A little confused I said, For what? (thinking he was talking about the movie). He pulled two yellow tickets out of his pocket that read "BEST OF DIVINE COMEDY". WHAT???? I was so surprised. He had this whole thing planned since Tuesday and I had no idea. A few weeks ago we had talked to Jeff about how neither of us had ever seen it and wanted to go really bad. Robbie remembered and planned a fun evening! It was so romantic!!! I love surprises and am not very easy to trick but he always finds a way.We caught lots of glowsticks. I told Robbie I wanted one of these cool glowstick balls (which were few and far between). Within minutes he had caught one for me. What a great husband and what a very fun night!!
