I think this top picture is my favorite of Jeffrey so far on his mission. I know him well enough to know that he probably really enjoyed this up-close and personal fun with alligators.
I have to say that even though that is a smaller one I think it takes a lot of guts to evern get that close. I hate to say it but it reminds me of the death of Steve Irwin (or something like that) that died recently, the crazy guy from Austraila that used to chase them around. It made me really sad, he was a very fun guy, I really do get down everytime I hear about it. But way to goo Jeff Great Post
It's a good thing Jeff writes such spiritual, dedicated and inspiring letters every week or one might think he is out there having way too much fun based on the occasional photos he sends home. That is one of Jeff's gifts - being a catalyst for fun for himself and all those around him.
If I were take an "Oregonish" like Jeff's it would have been a picture of me hugging a tree. And to add to the Steve Irwin comments, it was a sad day at our house when we heard what happened; Stef still gets a little teary eyed every time he is brought up.
The other day I was really missing Jeffers. I guess I was missing him so much that one night I dreamt that he came home. Thanks for the pictures Mom. It makes him seem not so far away. Love ya!!!
