We just got home from the high school's fundraiser for the spring musical. The name of the show was "Songs From Shows Mr. Segal Can't Do At MHS". Rachel did an outstanding job with two solos - What I Did For Love and I'm A Part of That. She also was in all the groups numbers and in a quartet doing a song called "Billy." The songs came from shows that were inappropriate to do or from songs where the casts were small or male dominated. Mr. Segal was at the piano and Mrs. Federoff made things sound fantastic with her percussion section. Mr. Segal even had a solo to start the second act and wrote and said a lot of the chit chat between sets. There were a lot of folks there and hopefully some money was raised.

It is so great to have another one of our Cornwall babies on the MHS stage and singing solos, and singing them very well. Great job Rach! You had the audience mesmerized when you sang. And in the group numbers you caught their eye with your comfort and knowing how to stand and move (and because you are so pretty). Fun night with goofy Mr. Seagal.
