A "Shiner" is the only thing we had to brag about!!!!

There were a lot of smiles on the field, but they were mostly in vain b/c there was nothing to really smile about.

We had a lot of close and good opportunities but they had a lot too and they capitilized on almost every chance.

There was stellar play on both offense and defense by both Marybeth and Katie, we tried to be really aggresive even if we had to walk away with scares. We always had our eye on the ball, but some of us experienced that first hand.

Katie and I even had to play goalie to try and stop the other team from scoring on us. That didn't seem to work either. We had a really fun time but to be honest we got killed. If I may make a comment, some of our problems on the time are obvious. We had only one sub and I played defense the whole game, only b/c no one else would. Our whole team went on offense to score, and would oft time lose the ball and bring thier whole offense so 5 on 1 was a little difficult to stop. We had fun, just lack some fundamentals.
