Jaker's Pumpkin Patch
We had a fun afternoon visiting Jaker's Pumpkin Patch with our friends Hannah, Jacob and Jane. It was fun to take advantage of Jeff's time off during Fall Break this weekend. They had a few fun attractions like a kid's hay maze, petting zoo (which included a kangaroo and 700-pound pig), the most bizarre and hilarious corn pile which was like a sandbox...but with shelled feed corn, a big slide, towers of hay and of course a pumpkin patch. It was a fun time spent at the pumpkin patch with good friends.

Great pumpkin patch! Grandma was talking about taking our guests to a local pumpkin patch... a Southern California pumpkin patch. No... nothing around here is anywhere near full of the exciting things as Jaker's. Petting a kangaroo? Cool!
