Easter At 336
Mom and Dad were so glad that Chris and Janell took up the invitation for Easter Sunday at 336. They arrived to watch the morning session of Conference. Mom and Janel prepared a wonderful Easter brunch spread with a 4 cheese-crust-less quiche, egg-ham-hashbrown delight, orange rolls, blue-berry muffins fresh squeezed orange juice, and fresh fruit. Just in time for brunch Janell's parents arrived and stayed for the afternoon session of Conference. It was a feast... the brunch AND Conference.

Oh man. We should have come to California for Easter just for the food. Sometimes we worry about you empty nesters being lonely but you always are surrounded by family and friends.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Jeff, it would have been so fun to be there for Easter (for more reasons than the food...although that alone would have been worth the drive). So fun the Chris and Janell could come along with her parents. What a great group to have over for such a great feast!
ReplyDeleteYeah... we were worried for ourselves too, until Chris and Janell called back to accept our invitation. It was very nice. The Chris Cornwalls have a BIG week with Camden coming home from his mission on Wednesday.
