Bay to LA: FINALE
Mom and Dad were waiting in Santa Monica at 3 p.m. on Wednesday. Dad stood at the crest of pier looking north up the Pacific Coast Highway. Eventually the pedaling duo came into view riding on the bike path on the edge of the sandy beach. The path intersected with the far end of the pier while Mom was waiting at the other end, on the land side of the pier. Eventually the group, which separated 10 days ago on the Golden Gate Bridge, reunited on edge of the Santa Monica Pier.
The video documents the last last few feet of the over 500 mile bike journey. (Thank goodness for Dad's super zoom.)
