Bay to LA: Day Five

We conquered the notorious hills of Big Sur. It was comparable to the climb from the turnoff to Sundance in Provo Canyon up to the resort, but longer. Woo! It was a big day. We rode 60 miles and stayed at a really lovely campground right on the water. It was a relief to get there after such a big day. We had the perfect view of the sunset right from our picnic table at our site.
