So many of you are not aware because I did not spread the unfortunate news that I lost my new DSLR camera a week ago. I stupidly left it in my apartment rec room after a little concert I participated in. I checked with the office as soon as I could and gave them my info to contact me as soon as it was turned in. I went back in a couple days later to inquire with no luck. I then put up flyers hoping someone picked it up and either didn't know what to do with it or neglected to carry it from their coffee table to the office. No luck again. Finally today, I was impressed to check in with the office expecting to be presented with sore news yet again. I was surprised with an affirmative response. I guess one of the office ladies had picked it up the next day, but didn't tell anyone. So now I have it. I am SO unbelievably happy. I think I needed it though. I was being humbled and taught things that can only happen if you lose your most prized material possession.
Jeffers, I am so happy. I had heard the news and my heart went out to you. I am glad that you will be able to make exciting artistic posts for us.
