WHERE IN WORLD IS (Carmen) RACHEL?

Rachel had a little issue with her ATM Card. Despite calling and alerting them about the expected use in France the company still put a hold on it. It's quite a common problem. Dad was able to resolve things in a day but in the mean time looked into where the ATM attempts were made, i.e. where Rachel is living. Others might be interested...

Our girl is staying with a host family in Le Vesinet, west of Paris.
(Note: The below photo is NOT a picture of the house in which she begins and ends each day. It's just an example of the nice houses in Le Vesinet.)

This link, says The area is probably the best kept suburb of Paris with small parks, lakes and residential tree lined lanes. High stone walls and hedges flank the quiet roads hiding some of the most luxurious mansions in Ile de France.
