Yes, we supported NATIONAL HOT DOG MONTH - July, with a dinner trip to Weinersnitchzel on Tuesday night. Not only did they have free chili-dogs but also free kid-size ice cream cones. This is on top of the Dodger Dogs Mom and Dad enjoyed last Friday. What a month! And here's a fun video to keep the hot dog excitement going. Rest assured that the 336 Cornwalls followed all the proper hot dog etiquette.
how fun is that. I will be completely honest here and say that I never knew there was such a month. But now I know, unfortunately though I can only have J-Dawgs in provo, I am too spoiled, although I think I had a hot dog this week but I didn't finish it.
ReplyDeleteFun video
You Cornwalls sure know how to have fun with a good deal. I wish one was closer to us.
ReplyDeleteFirst - I want to know how long it took you dad to find that very cute video? I was feeling a little bit bad about pressing the family into heading to Weinersnitchzel (feeding a family of four - four hot dogs, four waters, four cones and an order of Chili Cheese fries for $1.07 - we had a coupon for the fries) but after watching that video I'm proud to have had two hot dogs this month. We certainly laughed a lot - especially when we drove through the drive through for the cones. Thanks 336 for going along with mom not having to make dinner one night of the summer.
ReplyDeleteBoy Robb, why did you have to mention J-Dawgs. They are a whole different breed or maybe specie of food. They ARE the best! We will be in Provo in August and can have a belated reprise to Hot Dog Month at J-Dawgs.
ReplyDeleteI would have to agree with Robbie on the Hot Dogs. But I love how you guys are always doing fun things for good reasons! Way to find something to celebrate! I am glad we have Hot Dogs! Even more glad now that I have been to J-Dawgs!
ReplyDeleteHow about a J-Dawgs date the day we get there - August 18th - about 2:00 p.m.???
