OUR FRIEND KEVIN

The Cornwall's have spent a lot of time GOING to Kevin Rose's performances. He and Rachel have been in over 20 shows together. If you figure 3-4 performances per show (and Mom and Dad went to most) that is 70 - 80 times we have enjoyed Kevin on-stage. (Note: There is a rumor that our Mom is the one that encouraged him in the 4th grade to audition for his first show.) The climax of Rachel and Kevin's pre-collegiate careers was last year as they co-stared and "fell in love" in Thoroughly Modern Millie.

Kevin had his senior recital last weekend. Rachel shared the stage... again... with him in some of the group numbers. The recital was in the Gomez's backyard. Of course the numbers with Rachel are the one's featured in this video. We know that there are several Kevin Rose fans in the family so this video is posted with you in mind.

Kevin is headed to Cal State Fullerton in the fall to pursue his study of musical theater.

  2. Dad great transitions. It is amazing to see how far Kevin has gone with his talents and I am excited to see where he will go. He has the potential to go places. Rachel once again you look and sound amazing. I am trying to picture the Gomez's backyard and just can't figure out where that stage is. The other eye stopper was Amy Clarks Blonde hair. Thanks for sharing Elizabeth and I loved every minute of it.

  3. I expected to get the ravest reviews from stefley and katie. I had you two mostly in mind when I edited and posted this "longer" version. I'm really glad you enjoyed it... and Kevin.

    p.s. Katie,
The performers are facing north. I am filming with my left ear right at the n/w corner of the Gomez's house looking toward the s/e corner of their backyard.

  5. Love that boy so much!!! I am really really really going to miss seeing him on stage on a regular basis. Great night, great setting, great music, great friends. (great video dad - even though you were in the sun and had to do creative filming between trees and speakers.)
