Also on the list of projects completed is the master bathroom drain, siding fixed around the outside door (if you look at the before and after of the stairs you can see the before and after of the siding as well), both storage rooms now have light switches instead of a string to pull. I'm sure I have probably missed one or two because we (or should I say Dad) got so much done! Thanks!!!

Completed Projects
This last week we were treated with a visit from the 336 Cornwall's. It was great to have them see our home and our little town. We immediately put them to work on all the projects we have been dying to get done around here. First the back steps:
After! We now have a grand staircase from which to exit the house toward the backyard. These stairs are very beautiful and much more grand than we could have ever imagined!!
The next project was to put a light up in the living room ceiling. Dad had to do some fancy maneuvering through our attic crawl space. We don't have a before picture so just imagine a plain old ceiling. This is the after shot of our new light! It makes quite the difference. We are excited to have some evening company and use our light.

We sure had a great time with the Jas Cornwall's in Kansas. We were treated like grand guests with good food, lovely accommodations and a fun, sweet, hugging, kissing, granddaughter. It was so nice to live the McPherson world for a week and see how wonderful Jas and Stef. are doing.
ReplyDeleteWow that looks so nice. I am sad we didn't move back to Dallas because we would have stopped by and Oregon is a little out of the way, but someday. I am glad that everyone had a fun week where I lot of work got done.
