Marybeth was all mixed up yesterday with her BRAND NEW MIXER. (There are a lot of pictures and I apologize for that)
She got mixed up and started tossing it in the air like one would a pizza, but she wasn't making pizza
She got mixed up and let it rise a little too high, or used a bowl that was too small
But she was anything but mixed up with the result, boy were they good
She even let me be in one of the pictures. She made chicken salad to put inside of them and they were very tasty
And just in case you wanted a close up, here it is. I think there was no one happier yesterday than my arm. It finally got to watch everything being mixed instead of being the mixer. Thank you again for the mixer. We won't get mixed up on what it's purpose is for. 
Marybeth, that looks so good. I have made the rolls many times but what recipe did you use for the chicken salad. I would love the recipe. That mixer sure looks great, I can testify they work great.

ReplyDeleteOh yeah, I wast your chicken salad recipe also. I made chicken salad today also for lunch (quite the coincidence) but I don't like it. I just kind of made it up and that was a bad idea, I should have followed a recipe.

OBTW - I didn't realize that with RB & MB getting the mixer and thereby being able to pump out the rolls that one of the great draws of coming to visit 336 may be gone.
Putting that recipe on the food blog is a great idea! I check it daily for meal ideas!!
