For my last JoAnn's cake decorating class I made cupcakes. We learned the end of the rose. My roses weren't perfect but I was pleased with the way they looked for being a first timer. We also learned the sweet pea. It was fun to decorate each individual cupcake with all the things I have learned during the class. I am so glad I took the class. It was fun and I learned so much.
Your roses look great! What you didn't brag about was your lovely leaves. While I was with Aunt Terri this weekend we talked about taking that cake decorating class when I was going to school and she was living in Provo. It was something we really looked forward to. I don't think our roses looked anything like yours and we didn't know about sweet peas - so cute. Great job. What is your next class???
