While Jeff and Robb were at priesthood, Marybeth and I took advantage of some time to enjoy without the guys around. First we went to "Ladies' Night" at Deseret Book, and were keenly disappointed to find that the advertised "refreshments" were quite simply a bite of dry brownie on napkins with cups of water. Well, we figured we simply needed to get some truly refreshing refreshments and thus went to Red Robbin. There were plenty of ladies there, and we enjoyed fries and a Mountain Mud Slide! {Which unfortunately fell over before it got to our table-still delicious!}
On our way out, there was a sufficient supply of bundles of men in white shirts and ties getting their own refreshment after priesthood session.
I think that the boys were sufficiently jealous! Thanks Marybeth!

ReplyDeleteSarah and I also indulged in a little girl's nite out. Unfortunately I had left the camera out at Grandpa's Friday night when we were out there for the Football game. Our food didn't look a tenth as good as yours did. So glad you girls had each other - Thanks Marybeth!!!
