I really like "make-up" facial hair. I loved those hats that we wore. I am pretty sure I wore one of those hats at least a couple of times before and after october 31.
We search and searched for those hats. In fact the first Keystone Cop year (not shown) Dad MADE the hats out of paper mache' because we could not find them. Once we found the "real" thing, we had to use them and use them.
It looks like this was before the "I have to be a princess", era.
