Fun Veteran's Day Activity!!

Dad and I wanted to surprise the girls with a fun activity today so we first blindfolded them.
Second put them in the car - and drove them to the new PANERA BREAD IN PASADENA. I guided them out of the car and stood them right in front of the restaurant and then let them take off their blindfolds.
Apparently it wasn't that great of a surprise - as much as dad and I thought it would be - we used to have to travel to Covina and this place has only been open a few days - it was packed, but we had a lovely lunch - we split a panini, a signature sandwich AND a pumpkin muffin and brownie topped with raspberry spread and white chocolate shavings.
A fun way to celebrate a day off and appreciate the veterans.

  4. I guess Utahans don't care to much for veterans. At least enough to get some time off of school to do fun things. And it is too bad b/c that meant I had to work. Nontheless, I got to earn some money. Make some kids day by me being around them. Saving the world one person at a time......Anyway..... glad you guys had fun. Thank you for posted that fun activity.
