FILM TUNES

Dad took 3 beautiful girls on a date tonight to the Haugh Performing Center for their annual film music concert. It was GREAT! As the orchestra/band and/or choir play/sing the scores from popular films, clips from the films are projected on a screen above the stage. Tonight they did Catch Me If You Can, Blues Brothers, Danny Elfman Medley, Zorro, Cowboy Medley, Toy Story 2, Cartoon Symphony, Mary Poppins, The Mission and King Kong. It was a very fun evening.
p.s. The photo is a cell phone snap.

  1. My seminary student Kevin Smith is in the orchestra and he had to sell a minimum of 10 tickets. I bought them just to be nice, but it ended up being a really wonderful evening, music, the movies and especially the company.

  2. I remember being in that many years ago when I was a high school student taking dance classes there. It is a good program. I am glad you enjoyed it.
