When we were in Liberal Kansas at the Holiday Inn there was a Wizard of Oz Suite. We really were excited about the decorating so we had to take a picture of it. There was also a wall of pictures from the movie and some of the "munchkins" had stayed in that hotel and signed the pictures. It was pretty fun.
So fun to talk to the Jas Cornwalls today. They are in their hotel room - they have their computer set up - so family - make them feel remembered by posting up a storm - it might be their connection for a little while. We want to see the ordinary parts of your adventure Jas and Stefanie - nothing is of insignificance - post it all. We loved the Wizard of Oz room (and especially the name of this post!!)
ReplyDeleteJ & S: Are you talking this as a confirmation that you are following your 'yellow brick road' to reach your destiny? In any case, it's fun. Glad to know that Kansasites have a good time with the whole Wizard of Oz stuff - unfortunately they also have to deal with the real part of the story - Kansas tornadoes.
