The path begins at the Museum of Science and Industry (in the background of the above photo).
On the north shore is Cambridge.
Harvard, Boston College and MIT are on the Charles River near it's mouth and the bike path is often busy with fit bikers and joggers. As the morning started out a bit drizzly and we were on the path early in the day (way before college kids would be out on a Saturday morning) we often had the scene all to ourselves.
The Charles River is famous for it's rowing, sculling, dragon boating and sailing. A team of young men were just launching their scull when we happened by. Bennett (along with all the rest of us) was fascinated.
Along the banks of the river is the famous Boston Pops shell. This is where the famous 4th of July concert and fireworks show take place each year.

Oh... the Robb Cornwalls live in a lovely, lovely place. We really enjoyed them sharing this bit of New England beauty.
Next comes "S". It will be Super Fun!
