Mom did a fun whisk-away on Friday (a day early) for my birthday, picking me up at work. Thanks to Katie's Christmas gift, we had movie coupons to Regal Theaters. What is more Regal than going to a downtown L.A. movie-plex*. The Clippers were playing the Lakers next door in the Staples Center, plus, with validated parking we wanted to check out all the glitzy things at L.A. Live, like ESPN, Nokia Theater, Grammy Museum, someplace fun to eat, etc....
But is was pouring, a cold rain, so we will have to do it again sometime to see all the glitzy venues when they and we are not drenched.* Reviewed as having the nicest, most comfy stadium seats anywhere.
We had a really good time - thanks for the opportunity Andersons. We want to take all of you down to LA LIVE - preferably when it isn't raining cats and dogs.
