la di da, la di da

Well, no one really knew who I was for Halloween (Annie Hall, from the Woody Allen film of the same name, which won best picture in 1977 etc.) and yet I liked having a costume that cost nothing and had some degree of culture associated with it. And although several individuals mentioned that they weren't sure whether or not this was a costume at all - it turned out fairly well. Fortunately, at a party my friend Peter and I popped into, there was a makeshift photobooth to capture this quasi-costume.

The Real Annie Hall: I did actually have a lovely hat, but alas, it was warm, and I . . . just didn't feel like wearing it anymore.

  1. I would recognize that Annie Hall impersonator anywhere. (And Diane Keaton is almost as cute.) Ahh.... but I hate to admit... I am having a little trouble identifying that character next to Annie.

  3. Rachel - Dad is amazed are your very quick response. You both enjoy witty comebacks. Thanks for including a Halloween pic. I've enjoyed the journey to Annie Hall. Very cute.

  4. Yes well, the witty comebacks are merely compensation for my lack of a costume as swell as woody's . . . and goldilocks and the three bears, and whatever you guys were etc.
