I got to go hiking in the canyon on Saturday, and it was a wonderful weekend to go to the mountains. The leaves are starting to turn colors, the air is getting nice and crisp, and the days are clipped off at the ends to prove that times - they are a'changin' my friends, and fall is here.
I went with a bunch of friends that I know through the Students for International Development club, and it was a grand trip. There are a few lakes in this canyon and we hiked to two of them. Afterwards we went to the Red Butte Café in Salt Lake and it was . . . delectable to say the least. Yes yes, I missed the football game, but I daresay it was worth it to miss out on time with the blue, to be a part of all this green, and yellow, and red.
