Our Baby is a WEEK OLD
On Friday at exactly 12:43 pm we took time to celebrate a week of having our little boy in our arms. I know a week is not that long, but to look back and think that it was a week ago is surprising. We are so excited he is here and we are excited to celebrate every day that he is with us.
We have had plenty of times to hold this little dude and kiss him all over. It has been one of the best weeks that we both have ever had and we are excited for many many more.
On this day he looked particularly BIG (and I am not talking double chin and thunder thighs) I'm talking grown up. I think part of it was that he had a collar and was not in a onesie or a sleeper. We tell him every day that we want him to stay little forever!!!! 
Oh Bennett you are so handsome in that big boy green shirt!! Too cute!!

ReplyDeleteHappy one week old. It does seem hard to fathom Bennett has been with us for so long. What a good looking kid.
ReplyDeleteOwen-By-The-Way, I was at the Multi-stake dance, hanging out with the chaperones last Saturday night when one of the ladies asked one of the other ladies, "Have you seen the Cornwall's blog with their new grandbaby? He's gorgeous, he is so, so cute." Or something pretty close to that. And then went on and on...
Oh, Mr Bennet. We skyped with you in that cute green outfit and I would have to agree you do look big. Congrats on one great week.
