Here is a little taste of exciting Wildcat Football. It's not from yesterday's game (to which Sarah went to see Monrovia beat South Pas 35-7) . The vid shows Monrovia's gridiron greats of 2009 in one their toughest pre-season match-ups. So for you alum's, take a trip back to the MHS stands - enjoy Monroooviaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Wiiildcaaaaaaaattts!!!

ReplyDeleteI found the video at PASADENA STAR NEWS web site, under the "SPORTS" tab "PREP" section. They have the videos of all the "Games of the Week" (of which Monrovia has been twice). Each school also has a photo album (but it's kinda week).
Also a fun thing is that on Friday nights during the game they have real-time updates of the quarter-by-quarter scores. You click on the "High School Football Scoreboard" to see how all the team in the San Gabriel Valley are doin. So even tho' Mom and I haven't been to a game we DO check in throughout the night to see how they are doing.
