Open for Business
Hey Family! I have decided to start a new project. The project is an Etsy store in which I will be selling (hopefully) my bags I have been making. I love to work on the bags. Every night after the kids are in bed Jason and I head downstairs. I've been working on the bags and Jason had designed me a super cute banner for my store and is taking all the pictures I need for the store. We have been having blast. I have a goal to sell a couple bags every month and bring in a little bit of money. The name of our store is The Purse Place and can be found at thepurseplace.etsy.com. The key to our success is promotion so that's why I wanted to share with everyone on the blog! Thanks for your support as we step into this new world of entrepreneurship!

I am totally excited about your enterprise. It's really great and it sound like it's fun to do. The bags look great. Your photos and website look very pro. Almost makes be wish I was the gender to carry handbags.
ReplyDeleteHey, saying that just has made me think - maybe that could be a new line. Not that I am excited about some of the things that males have picked up in fashion and jewelery. But with bulky cell phones, blueberries, cameras, mini-notebooks etc... guys could use a masculine carrier for their stuff.

ReplyDeleteAnd dad, I will say that every man in Europe, well Paris and London at least has a bag. They work it with such class, and most of the time I find myself liking their bags just as much as that of any female.
WOW, that is so fun and exciting. How did you learn how to make them because they look so professional? You are advertising at just the right time, right before Christma.
