I know I've been keeping you all in rapt anticipation with pictures from Sarah's weekend in Provo. Well, wait no longer my fine friends. {and thanks m&d for making it all happen!}

I loved loved having Sarah here. After she left, I looked around expecting to see her. She was so good, putting up with my needs to study and take tests (who does that in college anyway?) And particularly, on Thursday, she put up with watching "Dead End," made in 1937 with Humphrey Bogart.

On Saturday we walked to downtown Provo, and Sarah graciously modeled in front of this wicked-cool mosaic.

We also had the opportunity to watch "Another Cinderella Story" with RB and MB. It was certainly entertaining . . . I'll say no more.
This time Sarah graciously took a picture of me. Didn't she do a great job?!

International Cinema was showing Bob le Flambeur, a film in french, on Saturday night. It was part of their "film noir" series. It was a fun little show, and Rachel's french teacher was there . . . yup-awkward.

We had a few people ask where Sarah was sleeping, and we both happily responded "In Rachel's bed!" We were nice and cozy. Here Sarah is taking a nappy on Sunday afternoon.

Sarah and I also saw Millie on Saturday afternoon. I will not ever begin to express how glad I am she was there. So so so glad. We had a really fun time.

What a fun trip for Miss Sarah. There are sure a lot of fun things to do in Provo and great people to do them with. I will admit I would have loved to have seen Millie with you two girls.
ReplyDeleteHey, next time we come hang-out in Provo I vote that Rachel is in charge of the activities. What fun. Thanks so much, sister, for inviting Sarah up and for all the Provo Cornwalls taking such good care of our baby.
ReplyDeleteI know Sarah had such a great time. Rachel, thanks for taking the majority of the hosting responsibility. We knew that she was in good hands.
