Enjoying a nice warm day!!!
Well yesterday gave us hope for spring. Unlike how it looks in California, you can't tell that it is spring, however it did feel like it a little bit yesterday. So what do you do when it is nice? Take some pictures and have a picnic
I took the liberty of using Mb's new Photoshop Lightroom 2 that she got from me for Christmas. I don't know how some of these look, but if they look amazing it is because Mabe helped me. Here is a cute little girl enjoying her sandwich.
So on our picnic we had a sandwich, pretzel gold fish, and some M&M's. This is the sandwich that was passed on to us by Jason and Stefanie that they had when Mom and Dad were in town in Kansas. They told us it is one of their favorite sandwiches and it is becoming one of ours as well.
Mabe was taking some awesome shots, this was one of them with the Mountains in the background.
This is a perfect spot that we found to be able to sit on the branch of the tree. The "lost and found" tripod came in handy yet again. (I think it is a little blurry b/c I played with it too much)
You have no idea how happy I was to be able to wear sandals yesterday. It made my day. I used to hate "things" in between my toes, now it hardly seems comfy unless "it" is there.
We even cleaned up the garage. We have been mainly using it for just storage and throwing things in there anywhere and everywhere. But we managed to put everything at the foot of the garage and were able to fit in Mb's car.
As you can see it is a pretty tight fit, but I was excited that we were able to fit it in. We thought that it was perfect timing since the snowy season is almost over. But at least we know that we have a car that can fit.
The Jeep has been out of commission for the last couple of months, Since we finalized insurance we decided it was time to get her up and running again. It didn't take long to remember how much I love that car. We had to jump it and we drove around a little. I felt like a new man driving around with the windows down and Sandals on my feet. It was all topped off with a hot girl sitting at my side, nothing seemed quite as perfect at that time.
I know what you are saying. Who is that studd in that picture. Yes it is me. If I did more with facebook than simply have an account, you better believe that that would adorn my profile. It may never make it there, but I thought it needed to be displayed in some form or another. It was a very good day and we are happy to share that day with you.
That was a very fun post to read. It was most enjoyable for us to have you share some of the many highlights of your simple Saturday. Looks like you are having a good time with the photo editing program. Those were some very cool edits and really cute subjects.

ReplyDeleteRobb, Pep Boys and Autzone charge batteries (for free), if you need that. I just did it on the wagon on Saturday. It takes a couple of hours. And of course, you have to take the battery out of your car.
Oh Provo in the spring. It always teases you with a day like that and then slams you with one or two more snow storms. I hope that isn't the case with this year. What a wonderful report!!!
