A Very Happy Unbirthday

Since Paisley is new to primary she doesn't quite understand everything that goes on there. On Sunday we had a birthday so we sang the birthday song and this really distressed her. Last night as we tucked her into bed she said that she wanted to go to primary and have everyone sing happy birthday Paisley to her. Then she went on to talk about cake, balloons and candles and the works. So I told her today we could have an unbirthday party for her, and she was very excited. All day she has talked about it. Today we made birthday brownies and she got to blow out a candle and make a wish. She is very happy to celebrate her unbirthday!

  1. That is a real testimony that the things the Primary children hear in Primary really can make a impact on the thoughts and desires of kids who attend. All us 336 Cornwalls certainly wish Miss Paisley a happy, happy un-birthday. It sure would be nice to be there to enjoy the yummy birthday brownies.

  2. anytime you can blow out a candle that is always fun. I have never been prepared to be a 6 months before birthday but others can do that a lot better. That is really cute
