THE PROJECT OF THE WEEK
It was (way past) time for the old logs around the fire ring to go.
Grandpa had arranged for new logs.The hillside was cut back on two sides and new stones set.
We broke the new logs in with fine style... 18 tin foil dinners.
Later we of course had yummy 'Smores and some good ol' campfire songs.
Wow that looks like a whole new campfire. Do you think we can push all the snow off so we can sit on them in November?
ReplyDeleteOh we had fun that night. Those tin-foil dinners were so delicious. Dad did such an amazing job cooking them (after they were assembled perfectly of course - thanks gang) and there was no problem with them getting gobbled. Hope you loved the round singing. We loved being up there with the Dave Cornwalls.
