A while back when we still had a dirt backyard we bought a fun little blow up pool for paisley. Since our sod has now taken to the ground and isn't as fragile, yesterday we decided to blow it up for the first time and have some fun cooling our 103 outside temp with some cold hose water. Paisley loved it of course. While Paisley and I were swimming Jason made some yummy snow cones. It was a fun hot afternoon with some cool treats!
Jason is off to Nevada for a business trip tomorrow. We'll see if Kansas beats them in temperature!

Heat wave...thats for sure. That is a hot day! But there is nothing like cold hose water on a hot day! Paisley looks very cute and seems to have lots of fun toys to use in that pool.
