Dallin and I had a fun time Saturday night hosting four elders for dinner, three of which Dallin taught at the MTC Elder Wood, Elder Johansen, and Elder Eaton. One of the elders was in Dallin's first district after we got married. They were able to eat Dallin's popular Swedish pancakes and reflect on their days at the MTC. They all shared a spiritual insight before they left. It was very fun to have them in our apartment here in Oregon.
Those are 5 sharp looking Elders. What a great service (as well as a great job) was the MTC for Dallin.
ReplyDeletep.s. Monrovia just got Elders today, for the first time in a long, long time. We have had great Sister Missionaries for years.
I think Dallin will continue to run into "his missionaries" for many years to come. They remember him because he was such a fantastic teacher.
