What better way to celebrate the Year of the Pig than showing the Cornwalls eating Chinese Food for the past two days. It started with Dallin being in town. We decided to celebrate his day in Los Angeles with our own homemade Chinese food - Fried Rice, Won Tons and Lettuce Wraps - (we got a knock-off recipe of the ones at P.F. Changs online). We had the traditional sliced oranges along with Chinese dessert - White Chocolate Dipped Fortune Cookies and dessert won tons - fried won tons with chocolate and macadamia nuts inside. It was delicious. After the rugby game we came back to play Chinese Checkers. I made a note to self - NEVER PLAY OPPOSITE OF DALLIN!!! It was very fun even though I came in dead last.
