Sarah brought home a large body of work from her ceramics class. (Sorry you other kids who have taken ceramics) but Sarah's work is just beautiful. She likes it a lot and with the new block schedule she can get lots of things done in the 90-minute period. You could probably make requests - she has the class until January. We are so proud of you Sarah!!

These last two are two separate works. The one above is a dish and the one below is a vase - you might get confused with the coloring.

ReplyDeleteSarah has done great work in ceramics and really loves it. If anyone has any special orders, she will be in the class a few weeks longer.
ReplyDeleteI hate to say it but I thought I was the best in ceramicist in the family, I was the only one, until now, WOW-E-A. Sarah I bet old Senor Perez is liking you and you are doing a great job. I can already see mine in the computer room going to the trash can, or at least I would hope b/c they would look horrible next to yours. Just remember someone is gettin married soon, so it would be a perfect time to "hook" someone up with some nice stuff. You saw our apartment it could use some things like that.
ReplyDeleteP.S. Has mom put in an order for a new lid for her jar at Seminary if she still has it, or maybe a new jar all together. Great job
Robb - I did use a piece of your collection the other day for seminary. I was teaching section 45 - foolish and wise virgins. I needed a rustic looking vase for my cruse of oil. We aren't throwing your stuff out quite yet.
