I told Dallin I wanted to go to one session in the CC and he said he would make sure it happened. We got in the standby line for Saturday morning and after I had been there for 5 minutes an usher said they weren't taking anymore stand by. A few minutes later a kind young man came by and gave us two tickets.
We felt very blessed. Conference was fabulous and by no surprise I think Saturday morning was one of the top sessions for me.
We had great seats but Dallin will want me to brag about our parking spot. We did the traditional drop off and then go park. Dallin was right behind me because he found a spot between a bus stop and a no parking sign 20 feet above the CC. It was the perfect size for our cute RAV4. Here is a picture that proves how close we were. We were at Dallin's home by 12:25. We know how to avoid traffic.
That Katie does love Conference - and especially in the conference center. Conference was the best one yet (in the words of Grandma Cornwall). I'm glad that you were able to get in and enjoy conference all weekend.
ReplyDeleteWhat better way to use a vehicle than to get to Gen. Conference. It makes me very glad that you have it. How nice that you could go.
