Who are the coolest parents in the whole wide world? I mean you guys didn't just throw on something and call it good. This took a lot of preparation and effort. Mom you are the prettiest minion that I have ever seen. You look very good and the costume is great. And Dad way to go all out with the cap the eye brows and of course the nose. I think there was some deceiving going on when talking about your costumes over the weekend this wasn't a last minute idea. Thank you for the tradition and thank you for being awesome. And want to know why you are awesome #becauseimhappy.
Oh Gru, you and your minion are still so deceptive even though you've turned from your evil ways. I think my jaw just about hit the floor when the page loaded. SERIOUSLY? I remember feeling like I was pulling teeth trying to convince you guys to keep the tradition going after Sarah left resulting in the subtle Grease Monkeys. But I guess you were just getting warmed up.
Mom, I'm glad after all those years of donkeys and the like, that you get to be the cute one. You look so great in the beanie and overalls and you are rockin' those boots! I assume dad made the glasses, looks like mason jar lids but make for the perfect minion specs. Yellow is a nice color on you. So bright and #happy.
Dad, I don't even know what to say. The cosmetics are amazing. I'm sure mom was a big help with that. I know bald caps are not easy to work with but yours looks awesome. The nose is hideously fantastic. The scarf is perfect (I remember seeing that lying around the house). I hate to say it, but without any hair, you look a lot like your father....and that's a compliment.
It might sound crazy what I'm 'bout to say...these may be the best costumes you've ever had! Oh my goodness I can't stop looking at them! You had us fooled with the comments about EVERYONE being excited about what you were going to be.
First off, the minion: I'm with Marybeth, I didn't know minions were supposed to be that cute? You look so great!!! The whole costume is spot on and those yellow leggings and boots...perfection! I love the little black hair coming out of the beanie.
And the villain: No words...hahaha! Okay I actually do have some things to say. This is SOOOOOO great! I can't stop laughing. No question here about where Jeff gets his enthusiasm for dressing up at Halloween. Everything is just perfect and absolutely hilarious. The bald cap, the nose, the triple chin and extra belly padding...oh you are fun!
All of our friends have accepted the fact that Halloween costumes are top secret in the Cornwall family until the big reveal and I am SO glad that's the case. It is so fun to wait in anticipation for the big unveiling, especially when you're not expecting something like this! So, so, SO, SO great!
Oh Mom and Dad I am amazed that you were able to pull together a costume that amazing in one day. Mom you look great in yellow and I love the eyelashes. Dad, I know Despicable Me is not a Disney movie but you look good enough that you should be walking around Disneyland as one of the characters. Thank you for being such great sports and for keeping the tradition alive, all the Andersons LOVE IT!!!!
